Jerry put a new seat on my bike... the old one HURT. The new one is MUCH more comfortable. So we went to the local park, and played in the sprayground, which was nice and cooling. That park was very quiet though. The keys got locked in the van. Jerry tried to open the van, tried to get the keys out, all to no avail. He's checking to see if we have roadside assistance on our car insurance and hopefully they'll come and open it. In the meantime, we are going to go to the library and meet Jamne there, bring her back here so Syd can give hr her Mother's Day gift. We're going to ride our bikes over there. At least that way she'll have company for the walk/ride back.
Well, we ended up not coming back with her... we just sat and chatted for awhile, then left and came home on our own. I didn't want to walk back, so that was probably good. I think I got a bit of a sunburn today. I put SOME sunscreen on, but I'm not sure it was adequate.
Dinner will be ready in a few minutes, s am going to post.
